1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. pelita88 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to confirm the validity of the information provided. Registering with a false identity or using another person's details is strictly prohibited.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. All activity that takes place under your account is your responsibility. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the pelita88 support team immediately through the official channels within the platform.
User Responsibilities
Users agree not to use the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful activity. The use of bots, automated software, or any method that manipulates the system is strictly prohibited. pelita88 reserves the right to investigate and take action, including account suspension or closure, in the event of any violation.
3. Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the pelita88 platform — including deposits and withdrawals — are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in their own name. The use of another person's bank account or digital wallet is not permitted.
Deposits: Available deposit methods include FPX (direct bank transfer), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and bank transfer. Deposits via FPX and eWallet are typically credited almost instantly. pelita88 is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed within 1 to 3 business days, subject to successful verification. Your first withdrawal may require additional identity verification. pelita88 reserves the right to delay or reject a withdrawal if there are doubts about the legitimacy of the transaction or if certain conditions have not been met.
Transaction Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit limits, as well as withdrawal limits, are set by the platform and may change from time to time. The most up-to-date information on these limits is available in your account section after logging in.
Tax: Users are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from their winnings or transactions, in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.
4. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Pelita88 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- The user is found to have provided false or misleading information during registration or the verification process.
- There is suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or abuse of bonuses and promotions.
- The user has violated any part of these Terms & Conditions.
- The account is involved in activity that could compromise the security or integrity of the platform.
- User has been found to be operating more than one account (duplicate accounts).
- The user is found to be under 18 years of age or below the applicable legal age requirement.
If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be subject to review and could be withheld while an investigation is carried out. pelita88's decision in such matters is final.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the support team through official channels. Any valid remaining balance will be returned in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure, subject to full identity verification.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

The platform may contain links to third-party services or content. pelita88 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Use of such links is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Pelita88 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version of the terms in force.
Continued use of the pelita88 platform after any changes to the terms are published constitutes the user's acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
